Nasheedify Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using Nasheedify ("the App" or "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. Nasheedify is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Services

1. Subscription Features: Some features of Nasheedify, such as downloads, notifications, and advanced playlist creation, may be available through subscription plans.
2. RevenueCat: Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to RevenueCat's terms and conditions.

4. Data Collection and Usage

1. Types of Data: We collect and use various types of data, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, device information, user input, and user actions.
2. Purpose of Data Collection: Data is collected for user experience improvement, analytics on app usage, and service enhancement.
3. Firebase Services: Nasheedify uses Firebase services, including Firestore, Hosting, Storage, Analytics, Crashalytics, Functions, Extensions, Authentication, and Messaging, to enhance user experience and app functionality.

5. Data Sharing

1. With Third Parties: User data may be shared with artists, podcasters, and users who create playlists in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Age Restriction

Nasheedify is not intended for users under the age of 18.

3. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nasheedify regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
